Her classes are designed to guide each individual to a deeper connection to the self by supporting the body, mind, and spirit. Jane incorporates meditation, breathing, mudra, mantra and Ayurvedic principles in her classes. Jane’s classes are appropriate for any age and stage of life.

She is passionate about self empowerment as the means to healing, and leads group and private yoga sessions.

Tina Diana is a Certified Reiki Master Teacher & Yoga Instructor. She is the creator of Fairy Light Yoga (FLY) which blends her two loves - creative Vinyasa flow and dynamic Kundalini breath work and movement.

Her teaching is heart-centric, with a focus on connecting you with your own inner compass so that the practice can always meet you where you are.

Elizabeth Herndon is the creator of Mobility Arts, a class designed to reduce inflammation in the body, increase functional range of motion and stabilize and strengthen the joints and spine. 

Elizabeth spent 11 years as a professional figure skater, and is trained in various types of dance, branches of yoga, kinesthetic stretching, mobility training, physical therapy & resistance training. Elizabeth choreographs and dances in the local dance company, Prohibition Dance in Chico and is passionate about healthy movement and helping all body types achieve healthy physical fitness for longevity.

Johanna is an herbalist, women's holistic health consultant, and student of Ayurveda. Her work focuses on guiding women through every stage of life. Her practice aims to bring women into a greater alignment with their menstrual cycles and help them create long-term wellness so we can move beyond just managing symptoms. She is available for general herbal consults, that are open to everyone. As well as consultations with women specifically for their cycle wellness.

Cheri is an experienced yoga instructor, specializing in Prenatal Yoga and Yoga Nidra. Alignment and safety are of the utmost importance and her classes are appropriate for all ages and experience levels.

 

 

Jodi Pierce

Jodi blends Reiki Energy, Quantum Meditation, sound, and breath work with yoga techniques to induce a deep state of relaxation that promotes healing on all levels of the body while improving flexibility, balance, and a greater ability to tap into the body’s wisdom and higher guidance.

Her classes include a balanced sequence of asana, pranayama, mantra, and meditation to integrate body, mind, and spirit. Chaia believes that yoga is a deeply personal journey and encourages students to look inward and connect to their intuition.
