Join Cheri for this introductory course on the techniques of Thai Yoga Massage! This course will incorporate Yogic Movement, Buddhist Meditation and partner work to learn the backbone and basics of Thai Massage. Participants will be able to perform at an hour-long Thai Yoga Massage sequence on friends and family, or apply these techniques to an existing bodywork practice, or Yoga instruction.

Somatic Yoga Therapy is a gentle approach to helping people heal from traumatic stress, anxiety, and depression. In Somatic Yoga Therapy, you’ll learn simple, practical techniques you can use every day to regulate your nervous system. Learn Karuna Reiki® 1 & 2 and add more skills to your Reiki practice! Karuna Reiki® will introduce the the 8 sacred Karuna symbols which equip each practitioner with powerful, deep access to healing and Universal Compassion. Karuna means “compassionate action accompanied by wisdom” in Sanskrit, and will greatly enhance each students ability to take compassionate action in every area of life. This class will introduce sound, through chanting and toning, and help each student develop advanced healing techniques. Each student will receive a healing sound bowl to take home and use in their personal practice. Karuna is a practice that will enhance any healing practice and enhances self-compassion, and brings more love and compassion to all that experience it.
