Join Meals n Magick on a transformative Chakra Shadowwork integration and healing experience through movement, meditation, reiki, hypnosis and sound healing.

During this eight week workshop, we will be addressing each chakra one week at a time. The final week will be to balance the whole chakra energy system, and integrate the shadow work healing process. Workshop Participants will learn tools to help with the balancing of each chakra and shadowwork to embrace your authentic self.

$35 a session or $250 for all 8 sessions

Nate Kopf and Reverend Missy Luna provide alternative healing and self improvement modalities. Nate provides sound healing, personal training, and Usui Holly Fire III. Rev Missy Luna is a Shadowwork Practitioner through spiritual counseling, Qunatum Reiki, hypnotherapy and intuitive energy and Tarot readings. Both Nate and Missy continue to expand their knowledge, spiritually and passion for helping others.
